This annexe was originally used as a living space for elderly parents and lacked both a kitchen and essential cooking facilities. The interior felt dated and was in need of a complete refresh to bring it up to modern standards.

Our brief was to transform the space into a stylish, self-contained apartment suitable for Airbnb guests. Working closely with Emma, we coordinated a team of trusted electricians and plumbers to reconfigure the layout and install a brand-new kitchen.

The result is a bright, contemporary living space with updated furnishings and a fresh, modern aesthetic. The annexe now offers guests a fully private and comfortable apartment, designed for both short stays and longer visits.
