Emma Fox - Founder and MD - Creative Guru
Emma is a born creative, with a background in music, jewellery making, and drawing. Her natural eye for design and detail led her into interior styling, where she quickly realised there was a real demand for her talent.
After taking on projects for a friend with multiple properties that needed to be redesigned and made Airbnb-ready, Emma transformed the spaces into stylish, guest-focused homes. The results spoke for themselves — strong, consistent bookings and excellent guest reviews.
Following the success of these properties, Emma founded Air Host Assist to help other property owners achieve the same results. She now works with clients to transform both new and existing spaces into high-performing short-term lets, with a focus on maximising income while creating beautiful, functional environments.

Laura Knight - Co-Founder
Emma and Laura have been close friends for over six years, brought together by a shared appreciation for interiors and creative spaces. While Emma brings the creative vision, Laura offers a strong commercial perspective, having managed her own short-term rental property on Airbnb alongside a background in marketing, recruitment, and talent acquisition. With a genuine love of working with people, Laura is passionate about delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Recognising how well their skill sets complemented one another, Emma invited Laura to join the business. Together, they combine creativity with strategy — Emma leading on design and styling, and Laura focusing on the operational, marketing, and client experience side of the business.
